*NEW Mercury in Aquarius

Mercury enters Aquarius on January 16, 2020 at 1:30 pm ET.

Mercury will be in Aquarius until February 3, 2020 at 6:38 am ET.

Mercury in Aquarius is a great time to be inventive, curious and innovative about what’s possible for your life and to have a hopeful outlook of your future.

Aquarius is an air sign, and the mind can work especially quickly here. Opinions and original ideas can arise spontaneously.

Your mind is like a computer. It is constantly being programmed by external information. This is a great time to be more aware of what information you are allowing to program your thoughts. It takes a lot of self awareness to recognize how your mind is being programmed, hence why most people don’t realize it.

If the mind is too active and you’re thinking too much your stress and anxiety levels could increase during this period. Don’t let negative people influence your mind. Instead it’s a better time to focus on what is positive in your life, especially the good relationships in your social life.

Focusing on your interests and developing hobbies is recommended. Tech geeks could find this time more inspiring. News on advances in artificial intelligence, robotics and more in the tech sector are likely.

If you are the creative type, this is a great time to think in more unconventional ways. Identifying with eccentric thinkers and artistic types can feel liberating and help you to enjoy your own unique qualities more. An interest in sci-fi movies can enliven and inspire futuristic and creative thought more than usual now.

By putting your thoughts toward how you can help others in your social life, you are likely to find greater satisfaction. Friendliness goes a long way and can open doors.

  1. Wow! This is certainly a demonstration of technology – Drones in China are now telling people to go home and put their masks on due to the coronavirus. Likely connected to their social credit system with facial recognition technology.

Drones are also spraying disinfectant chemicals (or what?) in areas where the coronavirus is spreading.
