Most of us want to have a harmonious, peaceful happy life, and sometimes we have to defend and protect that which is best for ourselves.
This signifies knowing your boundaries, especially between your happiness and something you don’t want.
We could see an imbalance with emotional disagreements and quarrels this week where we need to take control and decide what is best for ourselves and resist external influence.
Temperance can indicate a mixing of extremes and here we could see mood shifts, impatience or frustration. But, you don’t have to let the stresses of the larger world affairs or negative energy mix with your energy.
Where there are conflicts, and things just aren’t mixing well, this is a reminder to focus back on what is best for you to keep yourself happy.
The lesson here is to find solutions to bring you back to harmony. Though not everyone wants to find solutions and sometimes people instigate the opposite, you can choose the best for you and those most important to you. If others are bringing conflict, you don’t have to let them bring you down this week. Sometimes we need to take a stand and say, “No, I don’t want that,” to remind us of what we really do want.
Though this can speak to what is going on out there in the larger world, it can also remind us to refocus on what needs to be addressed closer to home. As an example, if you noticed ants were building under the walkway to your home, you may need to address this asap as what they are doing is not mixing well with keeping your home a happy place for yourself.
We are also having a Full Moon in Sagittarius at the end of the week on June 5th, and Sagittarius rules the Temperance card. Sagittarius is broad sweeping and represents a broader picture, worldview that is far reaching. So, we could see an escalation of discord and disruption on a larger scale as we know Full Moon’s can escalate emotional reactions. I will be publishing the Full Moon article this week!
