Mercury Retrograde in Gemini
This month starts off with Mercury already Retrograde in Gemini since May 29, 2021. Mercury will be Retrograde until June 22, 2021 so for most of the month we are going to be seeing key insights about what is going on behind the scenes.
We can expect a lot of misinformation to further confuse people about what is true, what isn’t. Instead of taking things at face value, Mercury Retrograde is a great time to ask a lot more questions, especially when things just don’t add up or make common sense. We can expect a whole lot of backtracking and reversals and revelations while Mercury is Retrograde in Gemini. Miscommunications and misunderstanding are highly likely and we could hear more about cybersecurity issues.
And especially with The Destiny Point in Gemini this year, this is a highly significant Mercury Retrograde with extra potency so miscommunications, misconceptions, and misunderstandings can have a strong influence on our future.

What else is going on in Astrology this month?
Early in the month we have Venus entering Cancer on June 2, 2021 9:18 am ET. Venus brings our attention to what we really value most, and in Cancer (along with Mars in Cancer now too) it enhances the protective quality of the home, family and your body.
Venus in Cancer wants to feel good, comfortable and loved by those most important. The bonds between mothers and their children can be especially notable now with a desire for closer, emotional connections. This is a good time to take care of your body and your garden. Prioritizing your nutrition and well being and spending time in nature enjoying the beauty and fragrance of flowers is definitely recommended now. Venus will be in Cancer until June 27, 2021 and I’ll talk more about that below.
Mars in Cancer is opposite Pluto Retrograde in Capricorn on June 5, 2021 3:44 pm ET. This can really put pressure between these two aggressively powerful planets. We could see control issues with family and those close at this time that can create tension in relationships. On one hand we have the political and authoritarian power with Pluto in Capricorn in opposition to the protective, defensive, and reactive quality of Mars the warrior in Cancer. This can indicate challenges between people’s personal lives and the commands and influence from those in powerful positions. Mars in Cancer wants to protect the home and the body, and those in our most personal lives. Plutocrats could wield excessive power. We could see some major tension around this time between the citizens and the politicians. A lot of energy put toward protests is likely.
The symbolism of Mars in Cancer in opposition to Pluto Retrograde in Capricorn could also be like a nuclear submarine.

NEW MOON in Gemini June 10, 2021
On June 10, 2021 we have the New Moon in Gemini at 6:41 am ET where the Moon and Sun meet in Gemini.
Then the Moon will meet with Mercury Retrograde in Gemini at 8:36 am ET and then we have Mercury Retrograde meeting the Sun in Gemini at 9:12 pm ET.
This brings a whole lot of attention to information exchanges and could be a new beginning of awakening for a lot of people to think in new ways. Remember that we also have the Destiny Point in Gemini which indicates that we are in a long term period where information, gossip and points of view have a significant influence on how our future unfolds. How information is exchanged, especially regarding biases and including tech censorship are big areas of focus now.
With the Sun meeting Mercury Retrograde we could see key revelations that increase awareness around this New Moon. The New Moon in Gemini encourages a new perspective and new information to reach us, but with Mercury Retrograde it could put us on a path based on misinformation so do try your best to be mindful and ask plenty of questions to try to figure out what is true information.
Mars enters Leo June 11, 2021 at 9:33 am ET giving us more motivation to enjoy fun in the sun. It’s a great time to get athletic to enjoy fiery energy. An interest in dating usually heats up around this time. We could also see big egos on display, especially by those in leadership roles. Hopefully it doesn’t get too fiery and tense and people will find positive ways to spend excess energy.
Jupiter stations Retrograde in Pisces June 20, 2021 at 11:06 am ET. Jupiter entered Pisces on May 13, 2021 and what a tidal wave of change we’ve seen since. Now, Jupiter will be Retrograde in Pisces until entering back into Aquarius on July 28, 2021. Now that Jupiter is in Pisces will people wake up to the brainwashing operation that has taken over the collective consciousness that escalated so noticeably while Jupiter was in Aquarius? It will be interesting to see the different perspective everyone has when Jupiter enters back into Aquarius at the end of July.
Summer Solstice 2021
We have the start of Summer with the Summer Solstice when the Sun enters Cancer on June 20, 2021 at 11:31 pm ET. The Sun in Cancer reminds us to renew our connections with those close, especially family. It’s traditionally considered a great time to have picnics while enjoying the summer sun by the water. The desire to relax and enjoy personal comforts increases.
After over 3 weeks of Mercury Retrograde, Mercury stations Direct in Gemini on June 22, 2021 at 6:01 pm ET. All this happening in Gemini really brings a lot of attention to our communications, our exchanges of words and thoughts, and of course the media. The complications of truth and lies is leading us to change what we think and know. Now we’re at another turning point. Everything that has happened in June so far and has been brought to our attention, all the revelations leads us to think differently as we head forward into the future.
Earlier in the month we had Mars in Cancer opposite Pluto in Capricorn on June 5th. Now we have Venus in Cancer opposite Pluto in Capricorn on June 23, 2021 at 7:38 pm ET. Relationships could have strong issues now, especially if there is a dominating, controlling person that needs to be purged from your life. This could also put stress and strain on people that feel a lot of opposition between their own personal wants and values relative to the dominating, and destructive forces of the political power structure. Like a persons rights to their own body autonomy vs. being forced to participate in a political power game of coercion and control that directly affects one’s own body. More people will feel the need to avoid excess, heavy rules that take away personal comforts. A female political figure could face a significant challenge to their reputation during this period.
Full Moon in Capricorn June 24, 2021
After the New Moon in Gemini on June 10th, we are heading toward the Full Moon in Capricorn on June 24, 2021 at 2:41 pm ET. Full Moons can bring a lot of emotional upheavel with them, but also bring about a lot of awareness. With Pluto Retrograde in Capricorn now we could see a lot of revelations about people in politics and big business. It could be a pretty messy time with a lot of tension. We could see Big Tech in the hot seat, along with any cybersecurity issues and information exchanges guided by political power.
Neptune station Retrograde June 25, 2021 at 3:22 pm ET. Neptune has been in Pisces for about a decade now, so has been Retrograde many times already. This time we have Neptune (the ruling planet of Pisces) shifting to Retrograde in Pisces while we also have Jupiter (the co-ruler of Pisces) Retrograde in Pisces now too.
Venus finishes up in Cancer and enters Leo on June 27, 2021 at 12:26 am ET. This brings us a shift in our desires for social freedom, where fun in the sun is what people really want to enjoy. Entertainments are more attractive and inviting now. People will want to be out and about, at the beach, soaking up the enjoyments the great outdoors provides. This would be a wonderful time to soak up some sun rays to get a good dose of healthy Vitamin D to help boost your immune system. Venus in Leo loves what’s glamorous and beautiful so it might be the right time to get a few new outfits too make yourself feel fresh and new. A new hairdo could lift your spirits and make you feel more beautiful. It’s a great time to put your feet in the warm sand at the beach and feel the warm breeze on your skin.
