Mercury enters Aquarius on January 2, 2022 at 2:09 am ET bringing us into the realm of thinking about the future with extra emphasis on how science and technology are impacting us all collectively.
On this same day, we have the New Moon in Capricorn on January 2, 2022 at 1:33 pm ET and the waxing Moon will meet Mercury in Aquarius on January 3, 2022.
We also have Mercury in Aquarius connecting with the Destiny Point in Gemini on January 2, 2022 at 9:13 pm ET further emphasizing that what we think, and what we talk about has the power to manifest our future.
Mercury goes Retrograde in Aquarius on January 14, 2022 at 6:42 am ET having us rethink our direction and our future, and especially reconsidering how science and technology are restricting our social freedoms since we have Saturn in Aquarius now.
While Retrograde, Mercury will enter back into Capricorn giving us a lot to rethink about the political and business world ruled by Saturn. Mercury Retrograde is the Trickster, and so we could see a lot of deceptions become more obvious in politics and business. When was the last time any politician or a highly influential business person or corporation ever admitted they were wrong instead of blaming everyone else? Be extra attentive to the use of reverse psychology, double-talk, backtracking and hypocrisy during this period.
Mercury Retrograde will also meet Pluto in Capricorn again on January 28, 2022. This is where Mercury is the sleuth that likes to investigate and get to the bottom of things to discover hidden secrets and especially corruption so we can expect a lot of lies and deception to be all the talk. We could see big changes and perhaps even an ending or a death of a high profile person, corporate or political powerhouse. Lots of changing talk about money, finance, the economy and stock market are highly likely during this period.
Mercury will finish Retrograde and go direct in Capricorn on February 3, 2022 at 11:14 pm ET and hopefully we’ll see a big turnaround in the political and business realms heading forward.
While direct, Mercury will meet with Pluto again on February 11, 2022 at 8:59 am ET. We could see more major shifts of thinking at this time. A purge of political and business ideas could get a lot of attention indicating powerful shifts as we head into the future going forward.
Mercury direct will enter Aquarius again on February 14, 2022 at 4:50 pm ET. Our future together as a collective, influenced by science and technology is in heightened focus and keeps repeating itself. More people are going to want the truth. Remember that Uranus is in Taurus now too which indicates that biotechnology is a really big deal now, and has been a big money maker for the top tiers of power controlling society thanks to Saturn in Aquarius now too.

Mercury in Aquarius will have a difficult connection to Uranus in Taurus on February 24, 2022 at 9:20 pm ET. This indicates a lot of conflicting talk about freedom for the future. Talk about rebellion is likely to be emphasized associated to the collective, science, technology including biotechnology, social issues, finance and security.
Mercury will conjunct Saturn in Aquarius on March 2, 2022 at 11:31 am ET indicating a strong focus of talk about the restrictions on our social freedoms collectively and the impositions by political and corporate power. How long are people going to put up with those in power controlling everyone else in the world with a heavy hand of authority?
