The Destiny Point leaves Gemini and enters Taurus on January 18, 2022 at 1:48 pm ET and will be in Taurus until July 17, 2023.
Taurus indicates the work we do to make progress toward goals and achieve what we want what kind of reality we are manifesting for ourselves. The Destiny Point in Taurus asks where are we heading in our relationship to nature and the material world?
Associated to the earth element, Taurus is concerned with nature, the environment, the land and our physical property, ownership and material possessions including our body.
Security of all types will become more obviously in focus during this period including financial value and security, job security, material security, the economy and stock market, issues around ownership, including homes, real estate and mortgages, food, supplies, agriculture, farming and manufacturing. Cybersecurity and biosecurity are also in focus.
We also have Venus Retrograde in Capricorn as the Destiny Point enters Taurus. With money and value in focus it reminds us of the larger imposing goal of “You will own nothing, and be happy” sentiment promoted at high levels of society.
We could see a lot of people wanting to get back in touch with nature and to move to places that offer better safety and personal freedoms.
Decisions about nature, technology and money will have a strong impact on our future. Many reasons will be given but decisions are often intentionally planned to manufacture certain outcomes (like clockwork shipping is being restricted).
With Uranus in Taurus now there could be quite a struggle with a lot of effort to implement a new system of financial controls as Taurus is a fixed sign and likes to keep things status quo. Although Uranus implores quick changes, scientific advances and rebellion to break free from the past, Taurus is resistant and prefers slow, gradual, responsible developments.
Uranus indicates a strong focus on technology as we head into the future and the manifestation of the Internet of Things, biotechnologies, and integration of sciences and technologies in our lives. Electric energy, radio waves, nuclear and subatomic energy are also in focus during this period.
The Destiny Point will conjunct Uranus in Taurus on July 26, 2022 at 3:14 pm ET. Rights and freedoms over personal autonomy will be at issue. People will desire freedom from authoritarianism and restrictions as indicated by Saturn in Aquarius.
The desire for freedom will increase as the Destiny Point reaches closer to Uranus in Taurus and we are likely to see more frequent examples of rebellion against what is being established by leaders as people seek independence and personal freedoms.
The South Node will be in Scorpio during this period, indicating people will want to move away from the poison sting of the scorpion and the poison venom of the snake. People will recognize the Judas motif playing out in the world and want to banish it.
The ruler of Scorpio, Pluto is currently in Capricorn indicating people will feel disdain for the hidden and deceptive side of the political and economic realm of power, and especially recognize the power of the banking industry over the world. People will learn a lot about the financial foundations of society during this period.
Venus, the ruler of Taurus will be Retrograde in Capricorn when the Destiny Point enters Taurus in January 2022, further indicating the political and economic implications – no love for power hungry elitist oligarchs.
We are likely to see financial issues escalate, bad loans, debt, interest, usury and all financial slavery will be despised. Mortgages are likely to be at issue.
