With Mercury Retrograde in Aquarius now people are rethinking what’s been on their minds, and looking at what they think and believe in a different way. We’re seeing a lot of backtracking with words and ideas about the future, especially from those in authority thanks to Saturn in Aquarius.
Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius and is the rebel that wants freedom of information and freedom to know the truth. But Saturn in Aquarius has been stalling and limiting our freedoms in our social lives to the point of an entire system being pushed to control what people think and know.
Once people are fixed on an idea it’s not easy to change patterns of thinking. But sometimes truth enters our minds that we can’t deny and a key point of awareness wakes us up.
The Sun in Aquarius is a good time for people to wake up to the truth and be the example. New information we learn by talking to people we know can bring new insights and awareness into our lives. The key to learning is an open mind, but Mercury Retrograde also reminds us to be cautious rather than following along with blind trust.
We are likely to learn a lot of new and different information that may have been intentionally hidden from public view during this period.
This is not the time to follow along with what everyone else thinks and does. Pressure to conform and do as you’re told by peers, produced and directed by mass information campaigns of rich and powerful influencers is a strong force on the collective mind, but truth is what the collective needs now, not mass formation psychosis and social engineering.
We are likely to see more rebellious types express themselves during this period. This is no time to be ordinary and predictable. It’s not time to be trendy and to fit in with the herd and do what everyone else is doing. This is the time to be more authentically you and march to the beat of your own drum.
Wisdom and insights can be gained now through observing the experiences in our social lives and relationships to other people, especially those in authority.
With Uranus in Taurus we are also set to see more talk of how science and technology are influencing our real world experiences and how technology impacts our body’s.
